KHOONE Unisex Sweatshirt
In this design, the word “Khoone”, meaning ‘home’ in Farsi, is sitting over the country map of Iran. It refers to Iran as the homeland of more than 80 million people worldwide.
In Farsi, khoone also means ‘bleeding’. This duality and overlap in the definition of khoone, and also two drops of blood on the map, means ‘Iran, our homeland is suffering.’
The “Khoone” design by Tima Studio references the current situation in Iran. We hope this design becomes the voice of Iranians and raises awareness around the globe about Iran.
