A: Some of the products (ex: t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) are POD and we make them after receiving the order. The processing time for our POD products usually takes around 3 – 5 days to prepare before shipping.

If your package has been stolen or misplaced, we have to open an investigation ticket with the shipping company that was used, and once we have a resolution we will further assist you with replacement.
